Insurance
Valentine Medical Center accepts most major insurance.
If you plan to use insurance for your treatment, don’t forget to bring your insurance card and a valid picture id with you. The following forms of identification are accepted:
- Driver’s license
- Government-issued identification card
- Military identification
- Passport
